Bug Reporting
For the past several years, bug reporting has been done through many ways: chat, email, phone calls and more. Likely these methods will continue to be used in some manner. However, we now have a better way to track and fix bugs. When you sign up for a FusionPBX Account, you can report bugs, and and keep track their progress, in a centralized, and organized ticket system. When submitting a bug ticket, please be as detailed as possible on how the issue can be reproduced. Please also provide your version of FusionPBX, FreeSWITCH, Operating System details, and any other information that may be helpful in resolving the issue. If its related to a phone please provide the vendor, model number, and firmware version.

You can upgrade your account and become a FusionPBX Member. Members get access to more news updates, Admin and Advanced training videos, per topic videos, additional documentation, monthly Continuing Education training and more.
